In this adventure, a vacation in the country land the Harts smack in the middle of trying to keep a young friend out of the clutches of a crooked sheriff who has framed a young man for murder. Toward the end of the episode, they're all captured by the baddies and tied up side by side to a wooden railing. The gas from a nearby stove is left on and a small fire started in a trash can. Jennifer Hart (Stefanie Powers) and Christy Ferrin (Dominique Dunne) struggle side by side. Jonathan asks Jennifer if she thinks she can get loose and she comments that "these ropes are tied good". Johnathan shows some surprising dexterity with a fishing pole, using it to retrieve a small bag so Jennifer can get at a hunting knife, which is used to cut them loose in the nick of time.
