In this sequel, our killers find themselves on the run, chased by a vengeful sheriff and his posse. Two of the members of the gang that escaped a police cordon, and have taken a country music ensemble as hostages in a cheap motel. They brutally kill off the band members one by one, leaving only Wendy (Kate Norby) alive. She is tied with her hands over her head to a bedpost, seated on the floor and cleave gagged with a bloody dirty cloth.
Later, the law catches up with the killers and Baby Firefly (Sheri Moon Zombie) is captured by some hired thugs, handcuffed and thrown in the back of the sheriff's truck. He takes her back to the infamous farmhouse and afterward, she is seen tied with ropes to a chair, with her wrists tied to the chair arms and a rope around her chest next to her partners in crime.
The Sheriff gets himself good and drunk as he tortures his prisoners. He staples a photo of one or Baby's victims to her chest. The sheriff tortures her partners including nailing their hands to their chairs’ arms to avenge his brother whom they killed. After, he lets Baby go only to chase her down like an animal.
