Linked to me by a contributor, in this horror film, Amber Heard plays Kristen who is committed to an institution for a controversial therapy and begins to see the ghost of young woman in her room. In this clip, Kristen is wheeled into a room to receive an extended session of electro-convulsive therapy. She's held down by a doctor, a nurse and some attendants, but her ankles are strapped and secured to the gurney. A rolled up gauze bandage is put between her teeth before the treatment.
