In this thriller, a quadriplegic ex-homicide detective and his female partner try to track down a serial killer who is terrorizing New York City. in this clip, two exhausted travelers awake in the back of cab, the doors locked and the driver unresponsive as he drives them off into a ruined industrial area. Later, the masked killer drags Lindsay Rubin (Olivia Birkelund ) in the NYC steam tunnels and leave her handcuffed to a pipe with her hands overhead, seat on the floor, with her ankles tied. The cops struggle to follow the cryptic clues left by the killer to find the kidnapped woman and nearly succeed in rescuing her, but the killer aims a large steam pipe at the poor woman and she's soon parboiled to death before she can he saved.
