Briefly, in this episode from the long-running German unsolved crimes series, a woman and two men leaving work at a bank are overpowered and forced back into the office at gunpoint by some hoodlums. the woman is hand-gagged by one of the thugs before she's forced to the floor. One of the captives is made to open the cash drawer. As this is happening the lady and the other young man are being secured with zip-ties around their wrists (behind the back) and gagged with brown packing tape.
