Phoebe Larson (Kristen Stewart) spends quality time in handcuffs being held captive by government spooks sent to terminate her affable stoner boyfriend, who turns out to be a deep cover assassin. Toward the end of the film, an exchange is set up, but naturally its a trap for our hero. As he lays waste to various killers sent against him, Phoebe is taken hither and yon and tries to get free of her handcuffs. She finally succeeds as she's left in the custody of the lead spook and a fight breaks out between them...
