In this comedy about a crazy group of cabbies and a rundown cab company, the gang comes together to save one of their own when he gets sucked into the kidnapping of the children of an ambassador. While trying to drop off some new maids at the mansion, the hapless man finds himself hijacked by one of the kidnappers after the van with the ambassador's daughter takes off without him.
Elsewhere, the captives are brought together in the basement of a suitably gloomy farmhouse. Later, the kids are seen tied together back to back and our would-be hero take frantic measures to escape his own bonds and blindfold, only to find the two brats are already loose and quite amused by his efforts. He creeps out a window to summon help over his CB radio and all three are neatly recaptured after. The kidnappers find themselves best on all sides by angry cabbies, but try to escape with their human shields. some muscly action from Mr. T allows the ambassador's son and daughter (played Senta Moses Mikan) to escape.
