Elizabeth 'Liz' Hawley (Lisa Vultaggio) and her boyfriend are attacked and kidnapped by a psychopath and the psychic visions of a death row inmate may be the only thing that can save them from certain death by the crazed killer. In this clip the inmate zeroes on Liz's location through various landmarks around a certain pier where the killer has her tied hand and foot and cleave gagged, prior to beating her with a bent wire hanger. The FBI rescues Liz, but the kidnapper gets past Mulder and escapes.
