On an all-desert version of Earth, when Wade receives a psychic cry for help from Devin (played by Gina Phillips) our heroes find themselves reluctantly called to rescue the girl whom they see trussed up with rope and gagged over the mouth with large swatch of rough cloth. Devin is apparently gifted with the ability to locate undergrounds water sources, and therefore a valued commodity in her own right.
