In this episode, a psycho preying on women with short blonde hair evades arrest through a clever ruse, and gets the drop on Sandy Carruthers (Sandra Dee Robinson). she goes to check on a strange noise and is chloroformed from behind by the killer. She's seen afterward tied up in a chair at a dinner table,cleave gagged with a silky black cloth. the killer brings out a cooked meal to share with his pretty captive making small talk with Sandy (while she's both gagged and un-gagged). things get ugly quickly when Sandy gets defiant with him and she makes a move to escape. He chases her down, knife in hand. Our heroes intervene just in time, but Sandy is held at knifepoint for atime by the leering psycho. Sandy breaks away and our heroes beat the man down.
