An unknown plays South Korean actress Shin Sang-ok, who is lured to Hong Kong by North Korean agents in order to kidnap her to be the "star" of some films to be made by mad ruler Kim Jong Il. in this clip, after a brief meeting with an alleged agent, she's escorted to a beach where the film director is supposed to live, but she's ambushed by several men in black, loaded into a boat and passes out. she wakes up later on a ship bound for North Korea, with rope looped (unconvincingly) around her forearms.
Later, another unknown plays a female terrorist who is captured and gagged by South Korean agents to prevent her from committing suicide with cyanide capsules. Afterward, the real news footage of the terrorist being escorted off a plane with her mouth widely taped is shown.
