A down and out Dude Ranch ends up boarding a troupe of actors for free in order to drum up business and Susan Meadows (June Collyer) ends up in a romantic entanglement with the leader of a group of bank robbers who have also holed up at the place. Toward the end of the picture, she's gets a look at a case with the stolen money and the gang kidnaps her to keep her quiet. She's carried out and stuffed into actors truck, which the crooks hijack. They tie and gag her in the back and speed off.
Our heroes are in hot pursuit and catch up with the speeding vehicle. A brawl breaks up with Susan caught in the middle. The truck's brakes get and it rockets down a hill crash land across some railroad tracks. Susan wriggles loose and escapes.
