Getting fit is a long process. I joined one of the fitness centre gym many years ago. Two. Switched once when was given another offer. What did not change was the superb fitness body that is walking around the centres. Sexier, firmer, fitter bodies.
The fittest and could I say zero-grams-of-fat body, was one of my fitness trainer that came from Australia for a year. Bodypump, Bodycombat, Pilates, Yoga, Cross Fit, and a dozen certification under her belt and belly button. Why was belly button even mentioned? Look at yours for 2 seconds. Yes did you see it? Hers is zero grams of fat (the area surrounding the belly button is ha surprise the belly) The belly usually is fill with visceral fat and not. So her belly was so firm, there is a strange bulging or non-existence of a hole.
Now forget about that.
Taken time and time again, I took a good chance to talk about one single topic. Rope art bondage. She was delighted to hear those words. Not that I was unperturbed but I wouldn't want to not expect a grim response.
We set a date. Lingerie. And that great body.
