Two years after a women is killed in a fatal car crash, the trio of teenagers responsible for her death are being murdered by the victim's husband, a derange tow truck driver. In this first bit, Hailey ( Tina Krause) gets chloroformed from behind and wakes up naked, bound and gagged with duct tape on a painting rack as the masked killer spray paints her to death.
Later, another victim gets knocked out in a car wreck and she's kidnapped by the killer. She's gagged with duct tape, laid out on a rack with her wrists and ankles fastened by chains. She frees one arm and slaps the killer's mask off, revealing his real identity, and he chains her before stretching her out painfully via remote control. Afterward, Amy (Racheal Robbins) finds our victim and she gets cornered by the the psycho. she puts up a like fight but gets caught, gagged wit tape and has her hands tied behind her. The killer toys and gropes her a bit before amy snaps free of her "bonds" (term I use loosely), she slaps hims and runs off.
