This Japanese science fiction / action film follows a circus clown and a gang of criminals, both of whom can become invisible due to ingesting a formula developed by the government during World War II. The gang has been using their powers to wreak havoc throughout Japan, but the clown is the only one with the courage to stand up to them.
In the first bit a night club singer ( Miki Sanjô) is taken to the basement by the lead thug to witness the club's dancer ( Noriko Shigeyama) strung up by her wrists in her lingerie being beaten by some thugs. the point made, they leave and the girl is saved by our invisible hero.
Later, the night club singer is used as a bullet shield by the escaping crooks, and hustled away with her hands apparently bound behind her back into a waiting car....
